Local residents achieve dean’s list at Lasell College for spring 2015

NEWTON, Mass. — Local residents have achieved dean’s list for the spring 2015 semester at Lasell College in Newton, Mass. To achieve the dean’s list, each student must be full-time carrying 12 or more graded credits for the semester with a GPA of 3.5 or above. They were among 695 students to receive the honor.

Named to the dean’s list are:

Ashanah Tripp, of Center Lovell, fashion design and production major; Ayumi Ranucci, of Auburn, communication major; and Samantha Sgroi, of Lovell, accounting major.

Keene State announces the 2015 spring dean’s list

KEENE, N.H. — 1,411 students were honored for academic excellence in the spring 2015 semester. To qualify for the dean’s list, Keene State undergraduates must be enrolled in a degree program and must have completed a minimum of six credit hours in the semester, receiving no failing or incomplete grades. Students must achieve a 3.5 or higher GPA on a 4.0 scale to earn dean’s list honors.

Chelsea Deroehn, of Rumford; Lucy Fowler, of Casco; Adam Beaulieu, of Sabattus; Morgan Richmond, of Raymond; Sabrina Lapointe, of Auburn; and Monica Grass, of Sabattus.

Students named to the University of Vermont dean’s list

BURLINGTON, Vt. — Students named to the dean’s list must have a GPA of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school.

Local students are listed followed by their college major.

Darby M. Frost, of Winthrop, psychology; Emily C. Listowich, of Kingfield, natural resources; Nikolas A. Moring, of Sabattus, microbiology; Karen S. Sutherland, of New Gloucester, environmental studies; Zachary M. Taylor, of Mexico, public communications.

Clarke Reiner receives Master’s Degree from Champlain College

BURLINGTON, Vt. — Clarke Reiner received a Master’s Degree from Champlain College on Friday, May 15.

The ceremony was held at Roger H. Perry Hall on Champlain College’s campus in Burlington, Vt. One-hundred and one candidates for Master’s Degrees were honored.
