WAYNE — The Cary Memorial Library will host Ken Spalding, Maine Woods Project Coordinator from RESTORE: The North Woods on Wednesday, July 8, at 6:30 p.m. at 17 Old Winthrop Road.

Spalding will discuss why residents would want a Maine Woods National Park and Preserve. He is a North Woods advocate for the creation of a 3.2 million acre area.

Spalding will guide participants into the proposed park through his presentation and allow them to experience this ecosystem and learn about the proposed Maine Woods National Park and the benefits it will impart.
