The meeting will explore three major test types of DNA testing: Y-DNA, mt-DNA and atDNA. Those attending can find out what each test offers and which one might help them best with their research. Genetic DNA testing can help researchers discover the origins of paternal and maternal lines and can prove or disprove a genealogical problem. This testing can help find unknown family lines in cases of adoption or other separations from biological lines. It does this by comparing participant results with other individual test results.
