The city of Lewiston has a tremendous opportunity to move forward with the election of Ben Chin for mayor.
I have known him for more than a decade and have seen him grow, both as a person and a force for positive change in this community on important public issues, such as housing, health care, voting rights and fair wages.
Chin brings a youthful vitality and vision so needed by Lewiston as residents continue the process of making the city the best it can be. He is bright, knowledgeable and compassionate — all important traits for the kind of leader the city needs at this time. He also understands that this is a collaborative process and wants to hear from the public concerning ideas about the city.
I encourage Lewiston residents to join me in supporting Ben Chin for mayor of Lewiston.
