LEWISTON — Wayne C. Bagushinski, 33, a resident of Woodside Drive, passed away unexpectedly after a after a brief illness Wednesday morning, July 15, at his residence.
He was born in Newport, R.I., Oct. 4, 1981, the son of Joseph Bagushinski and Lena Hann.
Wayne was a gentle spirit who loved animals, and enjoyed nature walks and hiking in the great outdoors. He was also an accomplished martial artist, having received his black belt in martial arts at the Riverview Foundation in Topsham.
His kindhearted spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Survivors include his father, Joseph Bagushinski of Lewiston; his mother, Lena Hann and husband, Rick Billings, of Lewiston; one sister, Giselle St. Amand and husband, Phil, of Auburn, and stepniece, Kayla St. Amand; one stepsister, Rina Cohenour and husband, Chris, of Lewiston; one stepbrother, CJ Billings of Auburn; and many loved ones.
He was predeceased by both his paternal and maternal grandparents; along with his uncle, Danny.
