Meka and Jessa Rackliff would like to announce the arrival of their new baby sister “Maliyah Angelie Rackliff”. Maliyah weighed 7 lbs 2.9oz and was 20″ long when she arrived at 7:16 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 3rd. Maliyah’s proud parents are Nicholas and Sara Rackliff of Farmington, Maine.
