PHILLIPS — The Sandy River Business Association, with nearly 80 members in and around Phillips, Avon and Madrid, is hosting a Business Round Table from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, at the Phillips Area Community Center on Depot Street.

The event is open to any and all members of the public. There is no charge and refreshments will be available.

Sponsored jointly by the association, the Greater Franklin Development Corp., and Maine’s Department of Community and Economic Development, the Round Table will give people an opportunity to discuss and seek advice on matters of interest to local businesses or potential entrepreneurs.
