Bennie Bowie II, 47, was picked up by the Wells Police Department on a Franklin County warrant charging domestic violence aggravated assault.
Bowie is accused of grabbing a woman by the hair and slamming her head through the passenger side window of his truck, Sheriff Scott Nichols Sr. said Monday.
