McNally named to ‘Who’s Who’
GREENVILLE, S.C. — Ashley McNally of Raymond has been selected to appear in the 2016 edition of “Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.”
A senior majoring in science education at Bob Jones University, McNally is one of a select number of students honored this year for academic achievement, campus leadership, service to the community, and potential for continued success.
Local students enroll at Tufts
MEDFORD, Mass. — This fall, more than 1,300 undergraduate students from around the world began their first year at Tufts University.
Local students include Muna Mohamed, of Lewiston, and Joshua Thibeault, of Durham.
Ellis named to Kutztown dean’s list
KUTZTOWN, Pa. — Abbey Leigh Ellis of New Vineyard has been named to the Fall 2015 Dean’s List at Kutztown University.
To be eligible for Dean’s List, an undergraduate student must be registered for at least 12 credits and have a minimum grade point average of 3.60. More than 1,650 students were named to the list.
Nile named to UNO dean’s list
LIMA, Ohio — The University of Northwestern Ohio has announced its dean’s list for the October 2015 session in the College of Applied Technologies.
Local student Benjamin D. Nile of New Vineyard has been named to the list.
Full-time students must receive a GPA of 3.5 or better to be named to the list.
Abby Dunn is scholar athlete
GOSHEN, Ind. — Abby Dunn, a senior elementary education major from Auburn, was named Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete for fall 2015. Dunn is a member of the Goshen College women’s cross country team.
Nominated by each institution’s head coach, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and have achieved junior academic status to qualify.
