TUSTIN, Calif. — Leone Ford, 89, a former resident of Auburn, passed away on Monday, Jan. 18, at Hoag Hospital, Irvine, Calif., after a short illness. She had been a resident of Sunrise Assisted Living.
She was born on Jan. 31, 1926, in Lewiston, the oldest daughter of Bernice and Everett Libby.
Leone married Cheney J. Ford in 1948, and lived in Auburn before relocating to California in 2013.
She is survived by a sister, Glenys Morill, of Plymouth, Mass.; two sons, Ken Ford of Quincy, Mass., and Steve Ford of Lake Forest, Calif.; and a daughter, Pat Widen, of Tustin, Calif.
