BATH — The Colwell Brothers will release a third album, “Bad Apple,” showcasing the brothers’ unique brand of high energy electric blues and rhythm and blues on Saturday, Feb. 6, as part of the Chocolate Church Arts Center’s Kill The Chill Winter Concert Series.

The concert will be at 7:30 p.m. in the intimate venue of the Curtis Room in the Chocolate Church Annex, 804 Washington St., Bath.

The new release is a collection of seven new original rhythm and blues songs written by Pat and Bob Colwell along with three covers of Denise Lasalle, Eddie Hinton and Lennon/McCartney classics.

Pat Colwell rips it up on guitar and vocals while Bob Colwell brings down the house with his New Orleans flavored piano work and vocals. The brothers have a combined total of over 50 years in the business and have worked with such bands as the Boneheads, Soul Sensations, the Radiators, and Inspectors.
