AUBURN — Uncle Andy’s Digest announces the addition of Steve Simard to its sales staff.
With more than 35 years of experience in the business field, he has worked as a purchasing agent, contracting officer for the United States Coast Guard, supply officer/purchasing manager, materials management, logistics/warehousing/delivery and sales. He retired in 2012.
Simard is a 1977 graduate of Edward Little High School. He attended the University of Maine at Machias, majoring in marketing/business. He is a graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard, Chief Petty Officers Academy, Leadership and Management, Petaluma, Calif. He is a retired veteran of the U. S. Coast Guard, having served more than 20 years.
He decided to come out of retirement to work in sales at Uncle Andy’s Digest. He resides in Auburn with his wife.
