AUBURN — Central Maine Orthopaedics and OA Centers for Orthopaedics, divisions of Spectrum Medical Group, announce the addition of Dr. Matthew Perkowski to their teams.
Perkowski specializes in interventional pain medicine and the nonsurgical management of spinal disorders. His areas of expertise include trigger point injections, joint injections, facet joint injections, medial branch nerve blocks, medial branch radiofrequency ablation, transforaminal and interlaminar epidural steroid injections.
In his role at CMO and OA, Perkowski will be practicing out of CMO’s Auburn facility and at OA’s Portland and Brunswick locations.
In addition to being certified by and a member of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Perkowski is also board certified in subspecialty of pain medicine. He is certified in basic life support and advanced cardiac life support by the American Heart Association.
