LEWISTON — The Hive’s first sponsored gallery event will be hosted at Downtown Handmade & Vintage, 277 Lisbon St., second floor, above Paul’s Clothing.
“The Stars Look Very Different Today: An art tribute to David Bowie,” will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, April 9.
Several area artists will be showing their tributes to the late Bowie. Artists include: Kate Cargile, Grayling Cunningham, Stanley Hollenbeck, Courtney Schlachter and Sheri Withers, among others.
Bonita K’s Photography will be set up with an event photo booth. Rock some great ’70s and ’80s outfits and take home a Bowie-inspired photo card.
