FARMINGTON — SeniorsPlus will begin hosting office hours and offering programs in its new office space within the United Way of the Tri-Valley Area, 218 Fairbanks Road.
The schedule beginning in May is:
Caregiver Support Group: 3 to 4:30 p.m. on the first Monday of each month.
Office hours by appointment: 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Wednesdays.
Walk-in hours: 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. on the second Thursday of every month.
Long Distance Learning Class: 1 to 2:30 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of the month. Preregistration is required.
SAVVY Caregiver training class: May 31 to July 5. Preregistration required.
Around Town Café: at Brickyard Café.
Medicare counseling: Available by appointment.
Additional programming will be offered in neighboring communities.
Wilton: Office hours will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month at Wilton Public Library.
Rangeley: SeniorsPlus is interested in starting a Caregiver Support Group in Rangeley. Those interested may contact SeniorsPlus to preregister. Rangeley Town House Apartments’ dining site is open to SeniorsPlus consumers Monday through Friday.
Dallas Plantation: Medicare counseling by appointment will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on the first Friday of each month.
Jay: Around Town Café will be held at LaFleur’s Restaurant.
Franklin County: Meals on Wheels is available throughout the county.
