It goes without saying that I am supporting Roger Fuller for the vacant District 59 legislative seat. He is my father, after all. Family ties aside, I have first-hand knowledge of what he brings to the people of Lewiston.
As a person who has devoted 42 years of life to education, 28 years at Lewiston High School and Oak Hill High School, he understands the importance of education and serving the community. During his time in education, he has an established track record of leadership, innovation and working collaboratively with others.
And, above all, he is one of the hardest working individuals I have ever been around. Due to his outstanding work in education, he was awarded the Milken Educator Award.
There is no question that he values the opinion of others and will be a strong advocate for all constituents in District 59.
