1925 – 2016
SIMPSONVILLE, S.C. — Geraldine (Croteau) Johnson, 90, of Simpsonville, S.C., passed away Tuesday, May 31.
She was born Aug. 29, 1925, in Lewiston to Albert and Alice (Ouellette) Croteau. Geri was married to Charles C. Johnson, who preceded her in death on Jan. 24, 2010.
A retired administrative instructor, she previously lived in Framingham, Mass., Auburn and Palm Bay, Fla. Geri had been a member of Sacred Heart Church of Auburn and our Lady of Grace in Palm Bay, Fla.
She is survived by her granddaughters, Meagan (Joel) Munsey of Summerville, S.C., and Colleen (Robert) Finley of Simpsonville, S.C.; and her two great-grandsons, Ryan and Oscar Munsey of Summerville, S.C.
In addition to her parents and husband, Geri was also predeceased by her son, Albert C. Johnson.
