RUMFORD — A Mass of Christian burial honoring the life of Albert J. Dupuis was celebrated Saturday, May 21, at 10 a.m., at Parish of the Holy Savior. The Rev. Greg Dube was the celebrant. Bernard Poirier was the altar server. Mark Belanger was the organist.
Music selections were “The Old Rugged Cross,” “Hosea,” “Amazing Grace” and “Let There Be Peace On Earth.” The Old Testament was proclaimed by grandson, Patrick Cistulli. The New Testament was proclaimed by grandson, JJ Marc Dupuis Jr. Prayer of the Faithful was offered by great-granddaughter, Jillian Dupuis. Offertory Gifts were presented by daughters, Edith Cagno and Julie Albert. Personal reflections were shared by son and daughter-in-law, Marc and Carleen Dupuis.
Interment was in St. John Cemetery. Special music was played by the Old Tyme Bristol Fiddlers. Pallbearers were grandsons, Marc, Michael, and Richard Dupuis, Peter and Andrew Cagno, and Patrick Cistulli.
A reception catered by S.G. Thibault Funeral Home was served by the Daughters of Isabella in the parish hall.
Services were under the care and guidance of S.G. Thibault Funeral Home, Cremation & Monument Services, 250 Penobscot St., Rumford.
