Auburn and Minot need better leadership in Augusta. I support Bettyann Sheats as a Democrat for Maine House seat, District 64.
Sheats has a history of working for child and infant health issues and will bring a family-based viewpoint on community issues to Augusta.
Androscoggin County ranks less than the average for the state of Maine on the top five health issues as noted by the Maine Community Health Needs Assessment. I do not see the Maine Republican establishment handling those issues. Instead, they seem to concentrate on angry rhetoric and open-carry issues.
I hope others will join me in support of Bettyann Sheats and support community health needs in Maine.
