I am happy to be supporting Melissa May Stevens to represent myself and my neighbors in District 59 in the state Legislature.
I looked up to Peggy Rotundo and her hard work and dedication in Augusta, and I want a strong woman like Stevens to follow in her path.
Stevens is fearless and committed to everything she takes on. She is caring and open to the ideas and opinions of her friends and neighbors.
After fighting hard in Augusta for a fair wage, she has been talking to constituents in her district every day to listen to concerns and hear the experiences of her neighbors.
She will continue to work hard in the Legislature, so I’m supporting Melissa Stevens to join the ranks of great women legislators that we are lucky to have in Maine.
