SOUTH BEACH PARK, Fla. — The wedding of Jada Erin Caron and John Hanson McGovern was held on May 14 at South Beach Park in Florida.
Mrs. McGovern is the daughter of Roger and Jacqueline Caron of Lewiston. Mr. McGovern is the son of John and Gail McGovern of Horton, Mich.
The bride, given in marriage by her parents, wore a Roman style gown with empire waist and silk ribbon sash. She carried a bouquet of white hydrangea, lilies and roses tied with a silk ribbon.
Crystal Blackwood and Amber Caron, sisters of the bride, were matrons of honor.
The guests rode a trolley to the wedding site and to the Wahoo Marina for the reception. After a Western Caribbean cruise, the couple is residing in Naples, Fla.
The bride received degrees at the University of Southern Maine and is employed in social services at the David Lawrence Center in Naples, Fla.
The bridegroom has worked many trades and is a bartender at Dylan’s Draft House in Naples, Fla.
