OTISFIELD — The town’s Fourth of July celebration will feature a pie auction at the Spurrs Corner Fire Station on Route 121 on Monday, July 4.
The proceeds will benefit the Otisfield Volunteer Fire Association.
Pies must be in disposable pans, and labeled with the type of pie, entrant’s name and telephone number. They may be dropped off at the station that morning.
First, second and third place ribbons will be awarded.
There will be a free community breakfast at 7:30 a.m. at the Spurrs Corner Church. Parade line up begins at 9 a.m. south of Spurr’s Corner Fire Station on Route 121. Parade begins at 10 a.m., rain or shine, and travels to the Fire Station.
Those dressed in red, white and blue may join the parade. Floats, antique vehicles, firetrucks, decorated bikes or baby strollers may be entered to walk in the parade.

There will be a red, white and blue water salute by the Fire Department, music, a bake sale, watermelon, popsicles and water at the Fire Station following the parade.
