FARMINGTON – On July 23, the Henderson Memorial Baptist Church on Academy Street in Farmington will be having an old-fashioned “Picnic on the Lawn” from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

This is a fundraiser that benefits the church. Tickets for adults are $7 and for children $3. Everyone is welcome. The menu consists of hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, cole slaw, potato salad, deviled eggs, beverages and dessert. In case of rain, the picnic will be held inside the church in Fellowship Hall.
