PARIS — Halls Pond Healing Arts, 253 Halls Pond Road, South Paris, has announced upcoming free classes.
They are being offered in celebration of Katey Branch’s 30 years as a healing artist, massage therapist and yoga practitioner.
Healing the Emotional Body with Essential Oils: 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 21. Instructor will be Kara Seymour. Class will feature guided meditation using the essential oils to clear and heal.
Yoga for Gardeners: 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, July 23, at the Alan Day Community Garden, 26 Whitman St, Norway. Katey Branch of Halls Pond Healing Arts and Scott Vlaun of the Center for an Ecology-Based Economy will be instructors. Attendees can learn poses that help with strength, flexibility and stamina in the garden.
