* Michael Montrell Rias, 24, of 318 Court St., on a warrant, 12:09 a.m. Friday at 150 Center St.

Androscoggin County

* Kyle Daigle, 31, of 218 Mineral Springs Road, Peru, by Maine State Police, on a warrant charging failure to appear, 7:20 p.m. Thursday on Route 4 in Auburn.

* Amber Brown, 28, of 24 Rodmar Road, Minot, by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office, on a charge of operating under the influence, 7:44 p.m. Thursday on Route 119 in Minot.  

* Jesse Nuzzo, 41, of 96 Western Ave., Auburn, by Maine State Police, on a charge of operating under the influence, 8:04 p.m. Thursday on Center Street in Auburn.

* Jesse Philbrook, 26, of 250-B Marston St., Lewiston, by Maine State Police, on a charge of operating under the influence and a probation hold, 10:14 p.m. Thursday on Route 117 in Turner.

* Brennan Goguen, 25, of 1165 South Main St., Woodstock, by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office, on a charge of operating under the influence, 12:41 a.m. Friday on Center Street in Auburn.

Accidents

* A vehicle driven by Destiny L. MacHenry, 16, of Lewiston, struck a mailbox on Old Greene Road at 10:14 a.m. Sunday. Damage to MacHenry’s 2005 Pontiac was listed as functional. 

* Vehicles driven by Iris Boucher, 81, of Auburn, and Shane P. Hinkle, 21, of Turner, collided at East Avenue and Russell streets at 6:46 p.m. Monday. Damage to Boucher’s 2000 Toyota and Hinkle’s 2001 Ford was listed as functional.

* A vehicle driven by Harold O. Small, 58, of Auburn struck a parked vehicle at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday on Riverside Street. The 2005 GMC driven by Small and owned by Fortier’s Locksmith in Lewiston was listed with functional damage. The 2015 Ford, which was last driven by last driven by Donald J. Brassard, 35, of Mechanic Falls, and was owned by Amerigas in Lewiston, was listed with minor damage.   

* Vehicles driven by Brittney Nye, 24, of Lewiston, and Jessica M. Gawenus, 28, of Poland, collided on Court Street at 10:20 p.m. Thursday. Damage to Nye’s 2005 Ford was listed as functional. Damage to Gawenus’ 2011 Jeep was listed as minor.
