HARTFORD — Pinpoint of Light has announced two upcoming upcoming programs.

Past Life Regression with the Rev. Lashell Moon: 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 20, at Hartford Town Hall, 1190 Main St. Attendees can learn about quantum healing hypnosis technique and past life regression. Attendees may experience a past life, have the opportunity to visit the spirit world and be able to ask questions of their subconsciousness. There will not be a pure QHHT session, as they’re done only individually and take several hours. It’s likely there will only be time for one past life experience. Generally, people can’t retain all the information they receive without coming out of a trance and writing it down. Those attending should wear comfortable clothing. Cost is recommended $25 donation.

Prayer and Meditation with Nancy Smith: 10 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 21, at 546 Town Farm Road. This workshop will look at prayer and meditation and discuss how to build a practice that fits lifestyle and faith. Smith is a practicing spiritual medium, artist and teacher in the New England area. She developed and teaches a program called “The Akashic Journey of Soul Mastery.” She is author and illustrator of the children’s book “Make a Magic Wish.”
