* Stephen Duff, 25, of South Paris, failure to appear, 4:46 p.m., Aug. 29 in Norway, Norway Police Department.

* Timothy Hatstat, 30, of Albany Township, operating after suspension and leaving the scene of an accident, 2:57 p.m., Aug. 29 in Oxford, Oxford Police Department.
