LIVERMORE FALLS — Kenny Jacques, a lifelong resident of the Jay, Livermore and Livermore Falls area, and co-owner of Ski Depot in Jay and Sunday River, has re-entered the real estate business. He began listing and showing properties in April of this year with The Maine Real Estate Network.
Jacques first decided to pursue his real estate license back in the early ’90s, after having bought and sold many properties for himself at an early age. He decided to forgo his license to devote time to building a new retail ski business he started with his brothers in 1996. However, his passion for real estate through the past 30 plus years never faded; buying, renovating and selling many residential and commercial properties in the area.
He has also dedicated many years to community service, downtown revitalization, local government, chamber of commerce and coaching youth sports in the tri-town area.
