CARRABASSETT VALLEY — The annual Sugarloaf Homecoming Auction will be at The Bag & Kettle brew pub on Saturday, Oct. 8.

Gift certificates, services and items donated by local individuals and businesses will be put out to bid by live auction beginning at 5 p.m. Many items will be won by raffle. Winners do not need to be present, but those present will be able to choose their raffle prize.

Raffle tickets cost $1 each, $5 for seven, or $20 for 40. They may be purchased in advance by emailing [email protected], or purchased the restaurant.

Proceeds will support the nonprofit Western Maine Center for Children.
