It is time for voters in Maine House District 64 to send Bettyann Sheats to Augusta to work for the needs of their community.

For years, I have watched her advocate in the Legislature for protection for the health of children. She was a strong citizen leader in the successful passage of the Kid-Safe Products Act that has removed toxic BPA from food containers and baby bottles. And she inspired others to speak with determination about the importance of vigilance on these issues.

That is the kind of leadership she will also bring to improving education in Maine and health care for all Maine residents.

Bettyann Sheats cares deeply about opportunity for everyone to succeed in this economy. She will work for everyone.
