BETHEL — School Administrative District 44 Adult Education announces three offerings this month.
Be Your Own Guru: Psychic Development Course: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays, Oct. 19 and 26, at Telstar Regional High School, Route 26, Bethel. Using clear intention and focus, participants can begin to develop psychic abilities. Learn the levels of the astral and to use discernment with the world of spirit. Instructor is Tanya Quarterman. Cost is $50.
Canine and Feline CPR: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, at Telstar Regional High School, Route 26, in Bethel. Learn animal CPR and receive a book and CD to reinforce the lesson. Proceeds from the class will provide pet oxygen masks for local fire departments. Instructor is Bobby Silcott. Cost is $80.
Budgeting Basics: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, at Telstar Regional High School, Route 26, Bethel. In this New Ventures Maine workshop, participants will learn about the basic components for building a budget. Covered topics, such as money-tracking, goal-setting, challenges, ways to reduce expenses and understanding your overall financial situation, can be helpful in creating a workable budget. Instructor is Chris Davis. Class is free.
