AUBURN — Jon Oxman, a partner at Linnell, Choate and Webber, LLP, in Auburn, was a presenting lawyer at a convocation of lawyers, judges and insurance adjusters in the New England Workers’ Compensation seminar at Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts on Oct. 14.
Lawyers from each of the New England states presented the state of workers’ compensation laws, regulations and cases as applied to cases in each of the six New England states. For the state of Maine, Oxman presented the status of the use of medical marijuana as applied to workers’ compensation claimants.
Oxman focuses his practice on medico-legal issues, including the prosecution and defense of claims arising out of injuries and their consequences arising out of work.
