LIVERMORE FALLS — A car was destroyed Tuesday morning when it was rear-ended on Route 133 as it slowed down for a school bus that was preparing to pick up children.
Nicholas Blais, 24, of Winthrop was driving north when his car was struck by a pickup truck driven by Bobby Cummins, 45, of Livermore Falls, who couldn’t stop in time, Police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said.
Blais’ 1999 Chevrolet car was demolished, he said. Cummins’ 2007 Dodge truck received front-bumper damage.
No one was injured.
Officer Darian Nadeau responded to the 6:40 a.m. crash that occurred near PalletOne.
