Sing Now! concert in Lovell
LOVELL — A free concert and informational talk with Sing Now! will take place at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, at Charlotte Hobbs Memorial Library, 227 Main St.
The community hospice choir will have music, conversation and refreshments.
The independent, nondenominational choir sings songs of comfort, peace and love free of charge for those nearing the end of life in a facility or at home.

Churches to hold rummage sale
RUMFORD — St. Barnabas Episcopal Church will hold a rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, at the stone church on the Route 2 rotary.
There will be books, holiday decorations, household items, clothing and baby clothing. The cost of the items will be a donation to the church.
Library offering Story Time
DIXFIELD — There will be Story Time Mondays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Ludden Memorial Library, except during school closings and holidays.
There will be stories, crafts and healthy snacks.
PPL Veterans Day Challenge
PARIS — In honor of Veterans Day, the public is invited to pick up a challenge sheet at the front desk of Paris Public Library to match military terms and slang to definitions.
Challenge sheets will be available Saturday to Thursday, Nov. 5 to Nov. 10, during library hours.
A random drawing will take place Friday, Nov. 11. The winner will receive a gift certificate to a local restaurant.

Snowmobile club to meet
DIXFIELD — The Poodunck Snowmobile Club will meet at the Holmes residence at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 6.
The club will discuss the Think Snow Dance and the Blessing of the Sleds. Members will seek ideas on increasing club membership.

FARMINGTON — SeniorsPlus will hold a Caregiver Support Group from 3 to 4:30 p.m. the first Monday of each month at its new office location, 218 Fairbanks Road.
SeniorsPlus representatives will be on hand to answer any questions or concerns caregivers may have about services and resources for older adults and adults with disabilities and their families.
