The people of Maine need forward-thinking representatives in the Legislature to represent their interests with an eye to the future. Roger Jason Fuller would serve his Lewiston constituents in House District 59 in this way.
Fuller was my colleague for more than a decade. He foresaw the role that computers would play in the daily lives of all Mainers and, more importantly in his role as an educator, recognized the opportunities that emerging technology would present for Maine schools. When his ideas and efforts were met with skepticism, he was patient, flexible and convincing. In fact, in an era when budgeting for technology was still in the future, he was known to spend his Saturdays doing the wiring himself.
Roger Fuller deserves the support of the voters of Lewiston’s House District 59.
