LEWISTON — The wedding of Kimberly Hinkley and Benjamin Levasseur was held at 1 p.m. on Nov. 5 at Holy Cross Church in Lewiston. The Rev. Steven Cartwright officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Levasseur is the daughter of Alan and Janet Hinkley of Wales. Mr. Levasseur is the son of Ronald J. and Martha Levasseur of Auburn.

The theme of the wedding was classic, romantic and elegant. The bride wore a lace gown with three quarter sleeves with a lot of elegant and timeless details.

Danielle Hinkley, sister-in-law, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Kendra Levasseur Smirles and Shaunte Levasseur, sisters of the bridegroom. Makena, Delaney and Emerson Smirles, nieces, were flower girls.

Kevin Lashua served as best man for his best friend. Ushers were Ryan Hinkley, brother of the bride, and David Smirles, brother-in-law. Bodey and Oliver Hinkley, nephews, were ring bearers.

A reception followed at Prospect  Hill Golf Course, after which the couple traveled to Disney. They are residing in Auburn.

The bride is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College of Maine with a degree in business administration and human resource management. She works at Central Maine Medical Center as a talent acquisition coordinator.

The bridegroom is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a degree in history. He is also nearing completion of a certification from the University of Maine at Augusta in paralegal studies. He is working at Randy’s Auto Parts, a family owned business in Auburn, as a delivery driver.
