GRAY — State Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a New Gloucester man who did not show up for a medical appointment this morning in Yarmouth and is believed to be operating his pickup truck.
Police said Frank Birch, 78, was last seen about 8:30 a.m. Thursday in North Yarmouth after his truck was pulled out of a snowbank by a wrecker. There was no damage to the truck and Birch then drove off.
Birch was reported missing by his wife Thursday afternoon. He was on his way to a medical appointment in Yarmouth, but didn’t show up. He does have some issues with memory loss.
Birch is driving a 2002 green Dodge pickup truck with Maine license plate 8220G. Anyone who sees the truck should call State Police in Gray at 207-657-3030.
