Lake Auburn Neighborhood Watch

AUBURN — The Auburn Police Department will host the Lake Auburn Neighborhood Watch group at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4, at West Auburn Congregational Church, 811 West Auburn Road.

First Auburn Seniors to meet

AUBURN — The First Auburn Seniors will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4, at the Hasty Community Center for a regular meeting and bingo. Those attending should bring a bag lunch.

At the last meeting, the Seniors celebrated Christmas with a dinner at the Green Ladle in Lewiston with entertainment by Phil House and Cathy Haley.

Pat Lambert was welcomed as a new member. Sheila Perkins won the pointsettia. Pot of Gold winners were Jean Guy Vincent, Lidia Martineau and Donna Brown; and 50/50 winners were Lorraine Raymond, Norma Goddard and Bruce Macomber.

Cribbage League lists winners

LEWISTON — Lewiston Senior Citizens Cribbage League winners on Dec. 29 were, first place, Mickie Farnum and Ike LeCompte; second, Cindy Boyd and Cecile Bussiere; third, Pauline Blais and Bob Oliver; fourth, Bert Cloutier and Judy Sirois; and, fifth, Terry Chambers and Terry Lefebvre.

The Seniors play on Thursdays at the Lewiston Memorial Armory.
