LISBON — The Sunshine Hill Neighbors Seniors, along with Lisbon Recreation Department, are offering three trips this year.

All trips are open to any age group.

Mackinac Island, northern Michigan: June 10 to 18, with a stop en route at Niagara Falls State Park. Attendees will need a passport card or passport to get into Canada.

The group will then travel to Michigan, where attendees will check into a hotel for a four-night stay. While there, the group will visit Sault Ste. Marie, cruise through the Soo Locks, take a guided tour of Mackinaw City, visit colonial Michilimackinac, Fort de Baude Museum, and spend free time in Saint Ignace, a lakeside village.

The group will take a ferry ride to Mackinac Island, and take a guided tour of the island by horse and carriage. Group will stop at Frankenmuth, Michigan’s little Bavaria, and the Woodstock Museum on the way back.

Cost is $769 per person per double occupancy. Included are eight nights of lodging, 14 meals, eight breakfasts, six dinners, all guided tours, coach transportation and all attractions listed above.

Alaska: Attendees will take an 11-day trip to Alaksa, featuring a seven-day cruise on the Island Princess and four-day land cruise. The group will fly into Fairbanks, do Alaska Riverways & Discovery Gold Tours, then travel to Denali Park for two days to tour wildlife.

From there the group will take a rail journey to Whittier to board the ship. After boarding, the group will take the inside passage to visit Hubbard Glacier and Glacier Bay Scenic Cruising, Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan to Vancouver.

The cost starts at $2,499 per person for a double occupancy interior room, plus flights.

Nashville: Nov. 4 to 12, leaves from MTM Center. Group will stop en route at the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library and Museum, and arrive the next day in Nashville for four days. Group will take a guided tour of the city, including a photo stop at the Parthenon, ride the Delta Flatboats inside the Opryland Hotel, a guided tour of Belle Meade Plantation, and free time to explore historic downtown.

The group will take in a dinner show at the Nashville Nightlife Dinner Theatre, a behind-the-scenes backstage tour and show at the Grand Ole Opry, and visit the Country Music Hall of Fame.

The cost is $954 per person double occupancy, and includes eight breakfasts and six dinners.

A $75 deposit is required to hold posts on the trip to Nashville or Michigan.
