PHILLIPS — “True Stories & Tall Tales,” an evening of food and laughter, will be held Saturday, Jan. 28, at the Phillips Area Community Center, 42 Depot St.

Stories and tales will be shared by Winona Davenport, Tom Skolfield, Karen Pease, Doug Dunlap, Tom Saviello and Niilo Sillanpaa.

Admission is $5 per person or free for each person who brings a dish to share. Food needs to arrive by 4:30 p.m. The potluck will at 5 p.m., and stories will follow.
