Damage was being assessed on an International plow truck that slid down a hill and rolled Thursday morning on Cobbossee Road in Monmouth. No one was hurt when the plow flipped in an area near Sanborn Road, Monmouth Fire Chief Dan Roy Jr. wrote on his Facebook page. According to the post, it appeared the 2013 International flipped when the weight shifted as it slid down a hill.
