DALLAS PLANTATION — Police said a North Monmouth man was accused of drunken driving early Sunday when police responded to a report of a crash on Stratton Road.
Franklin County Deputy Brian McCormick found a Jeep Wrangler in a snowbank and the driver passed out behind the wheel, Sheriff Scott Nichols Sr. said Monday.
McCormick arrested Charles Sager III, 52, on a charge of operating under the influence. Sager was taken to the Franklin County Detention Center in Farmington where he was released on $250 cash bail the same day.
