AUBURN — Skelton Taintor & Abbott associate attorney Jordan Payne Hay will be the featured speaker at the Jay, Livermore, Livermore Falls Chamber of Commerce breakfast on April 6.
The topic is intellectual property, and Hay will focus on various aspects of trademarks, such as the reasons to get one, how to register, where to register, and the benefits of registering and pitfalls of not registering.
Hay is a graduate of Bowdoin College and Northeastern University of Law. Her areas of practice at Skelton Taintor & Abbott include employment law, civil rights litigation, human resources support, intellectual property disputes and appeals. She is licensed to practice in Maine and Massachusetts.
