AUBURN — Jessica L. Asselin, 34, a resident of Sabattus St., Lewiston, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 5, at the Hospice House with her loving family by her side.
She was born in Portland, on Dec. 10, 1982, the daughter of Christopher and Tracy (Hughes) Poirier, as well as her paternal father, Anthony Ciriello.
Jessica attended Auburn schools and was a 2001 graduate of Edward Little High School. Following her education, she married the love of her life and childhood sweetheart, Todd Asselin and worked together in the family business at Prestige Pools.
Her hobbies included cooking, crafts, camping, a love for the ocean as well as her love of life and her animals.
Jessica and her husband, Todd, loved spending time together at Schemengee’s with their extended family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Todd Asselin; her parents, Christopher and Tracy Poirier, Anthony Ciriello Jr.; four brothers, Anthony Ciriello III, Mathew Ciriello, Shane Ciriello and Jordan Poirier; one sister, Mariah Poirier; grandparents, Beverly Hughes, Donna Ciriello, Anthony Ciriello Sr., Ronald and Patricia Poirier, and Monique Langis; her mother-in-law, Holly Asselin; father-in-law, Donald Asselin and his partner, Scott; sister-in-law, Jillian Asselin; as well as aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
