LEWISTON — Uplift LA is offering a workshop, Speed Networking, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 27, at USM, 51 Westminster St., Lewiston.

This low-pressure event is designed to help a person bridge the introduction gap and grow a professional network. Facilitators will present helpful tips for making the introduction and discuss how to follow up. People are encouraged to bring plenty of business cards and register in advance for this popular event.
