NORWAY — Stephens Memorial Hospital will offer “The Beat Goes On: Heart Failure Class Series” from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesdays, April 26 through May 24, in the James E. Eshleman, DO Conference Room, located in the William L. Medd, MD Health Center, 8 Pikes Hill, Norway.
Topics in this series include self-management skills for living well with heart failure, managing the stress of heart failure, understanding the world of heart failure medicines, eating well with heart failure, and exercising with heart failure.
There is no cost for this program, but registration is required.
