AUBURN — Muriel L. Beaudette, 73, of 67 Begin Terrace in Sabattus, died Tuesday, April 18, at the Hospice House of Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice in Auburn.

Born in Lewiston on Feb. 4, 1944, she was the daughter of Maurice and Juliette Paradis Turcotte. Educated in local schools, she worked for several area businesses, retiring from Marden’s at the age of 70. She also sold Avon for many years.

On April 24, 1970, she married Maurice Beaudette, who passed away on April 8, 2000. Muriel enjoyed time spent with her family, playing cards with friends and casino trips.

Survivors include a son, Ryan and wife, Amanda, of West Gardiner; a daughter, Suzanne and husband, Thomas Winslow Sr., of Sabattus; a stepdaughter, Tina Lessard of Lewiston; a brother, Norman Turcotte and wife, Janet, of Wales; six grandchildren, Lilly Beaudette, Thomas and Melissa Winslow, and Cody, Rebecca, and Lauren Lessard; and two great-grandchildren, Owen and Tyler Desmarais.
