Jim Theiss of the Lewiston Police Department helps Joe Richards’ grandson Rowen Ouellette, 2, get down from the department’s critical incident rescue vehicle during the seventh annual Touch-a-Truck event at Central Maine Community College in Auburn on Saturday.
