Danville Junction Grange meeting
DANVILLE — Danville Junction Grange will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 25.
Chaplain Joyce MacDonald will present a memorial program.
Refreshments will be served at the close of the meeting. All members and guests are welcome.
Members are reminded to bring clipped coupons for the troops and donations for PAL.
Androscoggin Democrats to meet
LEWISTON — The monthly meeting of the Androscoggin County Democratic Committee will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 25, at the Armory on Central Avenue. The entrance will be through the doors marked “CC” to the right of the main entrance.
The guest will be Ann Woloson, policy analyst at Maine Equal Justice Partners, who is an advocate for the right to quality, affordable health care for every Mainer.
In addition to a discussion of the potential impact of proposed health care legislation and ideas for future progress, there will be an opportunity for questions from the audience.
