AUBURN — Central Maine Community College nursing instructor Michelle Ramsey has earned the Certified Nurse Educator designation from the National League for Nursing.
She earned the certification after meeting strict eligibility criteria and successfully completing a rigorous certification exam.
Ramsey joined the nursing faculty at CMCC in 2006 after she earned her MSN from the University of Southern Maine. She is the simulation coordinator for the student clinical experiences. In addition, she continues to work part time at Memorial Hospital in New Hampshire and at Stephens Memorial Hospital in Norway. She joins three other certified nurse educators at CMCC: Sharon Kinney, Peter Miller and Kathy McManus.
